The evidence behind a chart is now right there to check. We also fixed boolean search under-returning multi-word terms, sharpened EP PDF highlighting, and did a mobile pass on search.

Rebuilt EP PDF hit-box geometry (extractor v3) for accurate highlighting, added a clear failure page when a document record is missing, and fixed [21A]-style labels for inherited elements under dependent claims.
