Claim charts, built instantly.
Patent Bear breaks claims into elements so you can add notes, column-line citations, and analysis without building tables from scratch.
How to get there
From a patent in the reader, scroll to the claims and choose Create chart. It parses the claim into a structured, editable chart. Existing charts live under Library → Charts.
Get element-by-element rows
Each claim is parsed into preamble and elements ([pre], [a], [b], [c]) as editable rows.
Add analysis beside each element
Write notes in the column next to the exact limitation they support, with full formatting.
Add figures and cited passages
Insert a cropped figure region into a cell, and paste patent text with its citation alongside it.
Export to Word
Export a clean, black-bordered chart (title, header/footer, page numbers) that mirrors the screen.
Open a patent and start working from the record.
Search a patent, read the claims, check the support, and keep the work in Patent Bear instead of rebuilding it across tabs.
