Whatever list you have: numbers from a foreign search report, a client email, a spreadsheet, non-patent citations as typed. One per line. Optionally the application number.

You get back

SB/08a and SB/08b rows in Word plus a CSV for Patent Center's auto-load form, the references we could not identify listed verbatim, duplicates collapsed, and the item count against the size-fee thresholds. No fee is computed.

It draws on

US, EP and CN/JP/TW patent records. Other offices and non-patent literature pass through with the cells to confirm.
